台灣現代詩人協會與韓國《亞細亞文藝》暨社團法人青的世界於2013年簽定交流協議書，自該年起輪流於臺灣、韓國舉辦現代詩朗誦交流會。2016年擴大為「亞細亞詩感想祝祭」，並於2017年由台灣現代詩人協會於素有文化城之稱的臺中市舉辦。本書集結參與此盛會的各國詩人作品，收錄臺灣詩人作品33首、韓國詩人作品25首、日本詩人作品2首，合計60首的華、韓、日、英四語之原詩作及翻譯。內容豐富，值得珍藏！
